Kelly is a leader, strategist and problem solver with over 35 years experience innovating technology products serving industries including the ultra low temperature scientific research, aerospace, manufacturing and air traffic management. Her roots are in technology and engineering and her experience includes leadership roles at large and small companies, nonprofits and start-ups. Kelly has worked hands-on in dozens of countries and has a passion for managing change and helping people in transition. She is now offering coaching to creative leaders and taking on special assignments for organizations in transition. She is committed to working with people who seek balance in work and life, strive for honesty and, in large or small ways, want to make the world a better place.

Tabitha is a dynamic Business Development curator with a passion for leadership, and company culture. She believes that if your values and culture are strong, your team and your customers will proudly walk with you towards whatever goals you seek. She has over 20 years of experience within the disciplines of Marketing, Customer Engagement, Management and Sales. Her role in leadership at small businesses experiencing incredible stages of growth has provided her skills in most aspects of business operations. Today, Tabitha is focused on building a life that you don’t have to take a vacation from. She is developing strategies for identifying your passion and determining how you can turn that into a means to both income and personal gratification. Her goal is to share these tools with as many people as possible, so that others can thrive in the garden of their choice. In addition to coaching, Tabitha is also the owner of a small farmstead and flower farm in Central New York, focused on chemical free growing and garden education.
